All model-, tutorial-, graphics- and other-files are copyrighted by their respective owners or digital-eXperiment and Contributors and Members of digital-eXperiment.
You may download material displayed on this site for non-commercial and
personal use only, provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary
notices contained on the materials. You may not distribute, modify, transmit,
reuse, re-post, or use the content of the Site for commercial purposes,
including the text and images without digital-eXperiment´s written
permission. All of the files available
on digital-eXperiment may be used royalty-free in your own work. Any of
the files on digital-eXperiment are not to be used for any commercial
purposes. Also, these files may not be sold individually or included in,
or sold as, or provided for free in a collection of any kind including
collections available on CD-ROM, BBS, FTP, WWW, IRC or any other electronic
transfer methods.
Modification of any files provided by digital-eXperiment is only allowed
for private, non-commercial use. If a modified file is intended to go
public,
you´ll have to send a copy of the modificated file to webmaster@digital-eXperiment.
You´ll also have to put a note to your file, that it has been modified
and a link to the original file. The link may not be stated if the original
file is included.
Credit!
If you decided to use any of the files provided by digital-eXperiment,
you´ll have to give credit to the author of the file.
The credit-note should state: name of the file or a description of it

Software hardly can provide ultimate security according to malfunctions or attempts of espionage or incendiary. You hereby acknowledge and agree to, that the use is on your own risk and responsibility.
